1.    How can I order and watch broadcasts?
- Firstly, you have to register to our website and login – enter your e-mail and password and press “Login“(in the top right corner).
- Press “Order” and choose the wanted broadcast.
- Press “Buy” and choose a payment options that suits you, after that, press “Pay” and make the payment.
- If the payment is completed successfully you can watch the purchased broadcast by pressing the “Watch” button and the red triangle to the right.

2.    What payment options are available to pay for broadcasts?
At the moment it is possible to pay using:
- Credit/Debit cards.
- Direct bank transfer. The data required for the transaction are provided in our website. In order not to make a mistake, we suggest you to copy and paste.

3.    How to pay via a direct bank transfer?
- First, login to our website, enter your e-mail, password and press “Login“(in the top right corner).
- Press “Order” and choose the wanted broadcast.
- Press “Buy” and choose the payment option “Direct bank transfer”, press “Pay”. The data, you will see in the window, is meant for the payment of broadcasts via direct bank transfer.
- You have to make a bank transfer from your bank using electronic banking. In order not to make a mistake, we recommend you copy-paste the payment data.
IMPORTANT!
While making the transaction, you must provide the payment purpose, because it is a unique, automatically generated number, by which the system will recognize you as a purchaser and assign the correct broadcast.
Keep in mind, that every single time this unique number is different – for every payment for broadcasts, a new number is generated.

4.    Is it possible to pay by PayPal?
Yes. Such a possibility exists. Write to us and we will send you the information required for PayPal payments.

5.    Why can`t I pay with my credit/debit card "This transaction has been declined"?
- Firstly, check again, that you are not making any mistakes by entering the payment data.
If there are no mistakes, it’s most likely, that the bank, who gave you the card is blocking your transaction.
- You can try to pay with the credit/debit card for the selected package via the “PayPal” system, registration is not necessary. Please write to us and we’ll send you the data needed to make a payment via “PayPal”.
- You can pay via direct bank transfer for Latvijas.tv services. You will find the data in our website.

6.    I paid with my credit/debit card, the money has been taken from my account, but i haven`t been assigned a broadcast, why?
If the payment is successful, the system will automatically assign the appropriate broadcast package. The broadcast is assigned to the user, whose data was used during the payment procedure.
- If you are sure, that you have paid and the broadcast has not been assigned, firstly, please check which account has been logged in during the payment moment. This is a common mistake when a user has two profiles, pays using one, then tries to watch with the other one.
- If this is not the solution for you, please check your bank account again. The money for a failed payment attempt is always returned to the bank account.
- If both of these options do not solve your issue, please send us a copy of the document proving payment and we will try to solve this problem.

7.    I pay via direct bank transfer, but the broadcast has not been assigned to me, why?
If the payment is successful the purchased service package is activated as soon as Latvijas.tv gets the confirmation from the financial institution of the settled funds to the payee. This usually occurs in 1-3 days depending of the financial institution terms and conditions. The broadcast is assigned to that account, which was logged in during the payment procedure
- If you paid for our services, however, the broadcast wasn’t assigned automatically, the most common problem, is that during payment via direct bank transfer you have not included or made a mistake in the “Payment purpose” section. It is vital to include the “Payment purpose” because it’s a unique generated code, by which the system assigns broadcasts to paid users.
If you have noticed, that you have made a mistake in the “Payment purpose” section, please send us a copy of the bank transfer. We will identify you payment manually.
We would like to remind you, that every single time buying a new broadcast, a new unique “Payment purpose” number is generated.
- If you made the payment, but the broadcasts has not been assigned, please check, to which account have you been logged in during the payment. This is a common mistake when a user has two profiles, pays using one, then tries to watch with the other one.
- If both of these options do not solve your issue, please send us a copy of the document proving payment and we will try to solve this problem. 

8.    Can I transfer my broadcast package to a different account?
Yes, you can. Write to us. Please provide the other accounts ID or e-mail address and we will transfer the broadcast.

9.    What is a discount code?
A discount code is a number and/or word combination which enables bonus discounts for paying for broadcasts. If you have such a code and wish to use it, during payment please enter it and press “Apply”. If you don’t have a discount code, simply skip this step during purchasing process.

10.   I haven’t found my answer, what should I do?
